User Verification: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, factual basis, and correct formatting of all citations, summaries, and text generated by the Service before using them in academic, professional, or commercial work.
No Professional Advice: Outputs generated by OmniciteAI do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Billing: If you subscribe to a paid tier, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise on our pricing page, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content), including our algorithms, platform design, software, trademarks, and branding, are and will remain the exclusive property of OmniciteAI and its licensors.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNICITEAI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, ACADEMIC STANDING, OR REPUTATION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the website and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
